John A. Antone is vice president for the Sales and Marketing Group and general manager for Intel Corporation in the Asia-Pacific. He is responsible for all sales, marketing and enabling of Intel products in this region. He shares this role with Ian Yang.
Previously, Antone served as vice president of Intel K.K. since 1998, and president of Intel K.K. since March 2000. He managed all Intel activities in Japan, including sales, marketing, and purchasing.
He joined Intel in 1986 as a product marketing engineer in Arizona and California. In 1989, Antone became a field sales engineer, and in 1992, he was a manager in the Mobile and Handheld Products Group.
Antone graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1984. He received his master's degree from the University of Michigan in 1986. |
