Mr. Yerrick is a self-employed financial consultant, a position he has held since June 2002. Prior to that time, he was a senior audit partner in the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. During his 39 years with the firm, Mr. Yerrick held a variety of positions including Partner-in-Charge of Audit for the Washington, D.C. practice, Managing Partner for the Baltimore practice and most recently Deputy Professional Practice Director for the Washington, D.C./Baltimore practice. He is presently serving on the board of a privately held company, and serves on the finance committee of Vital Voices Global Partnership, Inc., a nonprofit organization supporting the economic and political advancement of women in developing countries. |
