Description of Practice:
John is an associate in our San Francisco office, where he practices law in a variety of areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on contract disputes and environmental litigation. John is admitted to the California State Bar, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the northern district courts of California. John is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
John received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served as an articles editor of the Hastings Law Journal.
Previously, John served in the U.S. Navy as an officer in nuclear submarines.
Educational History:
John received his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy, and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, cum laude, in 2003, where he was awarded the Order of the Coif. |
