Former Executive Vice President and CFO, ManTech International
John A. Moore, Jr., was elected to the Spectrum Holdings’ Board of Directors in May 2006. He has more than 30 years of experience in government contracts management for information technology firms. He is the former Executive Vice President and CFO of ManTech International and was directly involved in taking ManTech public and getting it listed on the NASDAQ stock market in 2002. Mr. Moore has extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate compliance, proposal preparation and pricing, and SEC reporting. He has served on the Boards of Directors for ManTech International, GSE Systems Inc., Paradigm Holdings, Inc., and Global Secure Corp., as well as on the Board of Advisors for the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. Mr. Moore received a B.S. degree in accounting from LaSalle University in 1974 and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland in 1979.
