Dr. Aalbers received his medical degree from Michigan State University. He completed an internship in internal medicine at Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital and residencies in neurology at Northwestern University and the University of California San Diego (UCSD), where he served as chief resident. Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Dr. Aalbers is an associate clinical professor of neurology at UCSD. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the California Medical Association, the American Academy of Neurology, and the American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine |
