Mr. Chioco has served as our Director of Green Operations and Development since December 2007. From January 2005 to December 2007 Mr. Chioco held various positions at Capital Pacific Homes including Director of Estimating and Purchasing National Purchasing Director and Corporate Operations Trainer. Mr. Chioco worked in Calgary Alberta Canada for Cedarglen Homes a privately held company to serve as Vice President of Construction where he oversaw all estimating purchasing and construction operations from October 2003 to December 2004. He was President of his own homebuilding and land development company Live Oak Residential Development in Austin Texas from April 2000 to September 2003 and primarily built in the Central Texas region. In addition Mr. Chioco has gained valuable experience and knowledge in the residential homebuilding industry via employment by David Weekley Homes and Centex Homes in Dallas Texas and Wilshire Homes and Clark Wilson Homes in Austin Texas. Mr. Chioco graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science in May 1991. |
