Joel Kass has worked in Stock Transfer Operations for over 30 years, and has spent 21 of these with Continental. Joel works today as one of Continental’s liaisons with DTC. In this capacity he oversees the daily reconciliation of all depository eligible positions, and is responsible for establishing DTC FAST eligibility for issues, a process that gives client companies the valuable ability to deliver shares electronically to the brokerage community. Joel is also directly involved with the settlement or delivery of all client DWAC/electronic issuances. His valuable experience and attention to detail ensure that client companies receive a maximum of a 48-hour turnaround on all electronic deliveries. |
