Joel Fernandes, the Company’s Senior Director, Finance and Controller, has served as the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer since November 2007. Mr. Fernandes, joined the Company as Assistant Controller in April 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fernandes served as Associate Director of Finance at Theravance Inc. from 2005 to 2006, Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at KLA-Tencor from 2002 to 2005 and Assistant Controller of ALZA Corporation from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Fernandes has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996, and has a Masters in Accountancy from Manchester College, Indiana. |
