Mr. Quadracci is President & CEO of Quad/Graphics, the largest privately held commercial printer in the Western Hemisphere with $2 billion in sales, 12,000 employees worldwide and more than 20 printing and/or production support locations on three continents. Among the company's more than 1,000 clients are Coldwater Creek, Victoria's Secret, Lillian Vernon, Lands' End, Chadwick's of Boston, Newsweek, Time, U.S. News & World Report, BusinessWeek, Sports Illustrated, Architectural Digest and National Geographic.
Immersed in the company since childhood, Mr. Quadracci officially joined Quad/Graphics in 1991, focusing on sales. He became a Sales Manager in 1995; Manager of the New York City Sales office in 1997; a Regional Sales Strategy Director in 1998; Vice President of Print Sales in 1999; and Senior Vice President of Sales & Administration in 2003.
In January 2005, he became responsible for day-to-day operations of the company's core U.S. printing business as President & COO. He took over as President & CEO on July 1, 2006, continuing the tradition of Quadracci family leadership at the company founded by his father, the late Harry V. Quadracci.
Mr. Quadracci has been a member of the company's board of directors since December 2003. He also serves on the board of directors of the Children's Research Institute, which is affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin; is a board member and officer of ACEER, the Amazon Center for Environmental Education and Research; and is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and the Milwaukee 7, a regional economic development initiative.
A graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Mr. Quadracci holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy. He resides in Wisconsin with his wife Caran and their two children. |
