Mr. Kellman's practice focuses on real estate and commercial lending with an emphasis on construction lending. Mr. Kellman's practice also emphasizes the areas of community redevelopment, commercial leasing and loan work-outs and restructuring.
Mr. Kellman has represented commercial lenders for many years and has closed significant loans and financings on behalf of his clients. This lending experience has afforded Mr. Kellman a unique insight into other real estate transactions and an opportunity to offer his expertise to community groups and others engaged in community redevelopment.
