Joe Ratliff, CPA, is CFO and responsible for managing Essential Security's strategic financial analysis, budgeting analysis, accounting system implementation, financial reporting, and tax preparation. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co in Dallas, TX. Over his 35-year financial management career, Mr. Ratliff has worked at executive level positions including, but not limited to, Partner in the Trammell Crow Residential Companies with duties as CFO of its residential property management division and President of its administrative services division, and Vice President of Taxation for JPI, a residential development company and joint venture between Ray Hunt and General Electric with major real estate developments in Canada, Mexico and the United States. |
