Joe Geesman is a veteran financial and operations executive, bringing over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Joe came to LiteScape from SkyStream Networks, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer. At SkyStream, Joe managed and coordinated its acquisition by Tandberg Television, including all strategy, merger agreements, and due diligence materials. Prior to SkyStream, Joe served as VP of Operations and CFO for Celite Systems, managing all start-up activities from finance to corporate strategy and contract negotiations. Mr. Geesman was co-founder, vice president of operations and chief financial officer of Promatory Communications (acquired by Nortel Networks). Before Promatory, Mr. Geesman served as vice president of operations for the ATM Systems Division of Connectware, Inc., vice president of operations for NetExpress, Inc., a technology and communications affiliate of DHL Worldwide Express and Canon-Tokyo, and vice president of operations for North Star Computers. Joe has both a BS and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. |
