Joe Cowan has been chief executive officer of Interwoven and a member of the company’s board of directors since April 2007. Joe is responsible for ensuring the company’s strategy and investments accelerate Interwoven’s position as a global leader in content management solutions that unlock the value of content.
Prior to joining Interwoven Joe served as chief executive officer of Manugistics Group a leading global provider of demand and supply chain management solutions. Over a three decade career Joe has held executive management positions in software companies with broad product portfolios and global operations including serving as the president and chief executive officer at EXE Technologies and as the president and chief executive officer at Wonderware.
Before joining Wonderware Joe served in a variety of sales marketing and management positions with such companies as Texas Instruments Eurotherm Corp. and Monsanto. Joe received a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University. |
