Ms. Simopoulos is an associate in the Firm’s Tort Defense Group. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense. She graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University School of Law in 2004. While in law school, she was a member of both the law review and the moot court board. She won second place in the Harold Green & Joyce Hens Green National Security Law Competition, a national moot court competition. After law school, Ms. Simopoulos served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Stanley P. Klein in Fairfax County Circuit Court. Following her clerkship, she worked for two years as a litigation associate in McLean, Virginia, focusing her practice on domestic relations matters.
