Joanna Nikka joined AspenTech in 2008 and is responsible for designing and implementing the company’s global organizational management practices and leading the delivery of human resources services worldwide. In executive roles prior to joining AspenTech Nikka drove human resources and organizational development strategies that helped to fuel the growth of industry leaders such as Millipore and Analog Devices. She has also held human resources senior management and leadership positions at Fidelity Investments Tele Atlas Symbolics and Data General and has run her own consulting practice specializing in executive and organizational development. She is a member of the Board of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and the French Library and is a New England Chapter member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Nikka received her BA degree from University College Dublin in Ireland and her MBA from Babson College. |
