Joan Feldman practices in the area of health care law. She has extensive experience advising clients on health care regulatory and business matters, including business and organizational issues, administrative law matters, and Medicare and Medicaid issues, corporate compliance, provider credentialing and quality improvement issues, and HIPAA and privacy law. Her experience includes representation of specialty, and general care hospitals, long term care providers, assisted living service agencies and retirement communities, home health agencies and hospice providers, mental health agencies, individual health care practitioners and professional certifying bodies.
Joan is an active public speaker on the subjects of corporate compliance, HIPAA, risk management, provider reimbursement, Medicare fraud and abuse, patient care issues for professional associations and in-service programs.
