Mr. Zurel, C.A., holds a Bachelor's of Commerce from Dalhousie University. Mr. Zurel has over ten years of experience with team building, business acquisitions and divestitures and investor relations. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Zurel was Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of CHC Helicopter Corporation ("CHC"), where he was instrumental in building CHC into the largest helicopter company in the world. Under his strategic direction, CHC's market capitalization grew from $50 million to $1.3 billion. Mr. Zurel is currently a partner at East Coast Venture, focused on providing venture capital to start-up companies.
Mr. Zurel has been appointed Chair of Fronteer's audit committee and a member Fronteer's compensation committee. |
