Jo Ann Woodsum practices in the areas of commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on retail and office leasing. From 1986 to 1990, Ms. Woodsum was a corporate and real estate associate with Thelen Marrin Johnson & Bridges. Prior to joining Stein & Lubin in June of 2000, she practiced as a real estate associate with Green Radovsky Maloney & Share and with Landels Ripley & Diamond. Ms. Woodsum graduated from Dartmouth College in 1983 with a B.A. in U.S. History. She earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1986. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Woodsum served as an Articles Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Comparative Business & Capital Market Law.
