Mr. Gandy is responsible for managing Intelliverse's Client Services organization and setting the company's overall customer support strategy. Through his efforts and vision, Jimmy reinforces Intelliverse's commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring the ongoing development of the Client Services team. Before joining Intelliverse, Jimmy was the Senior Vice President of the Advanced Application Service Group at Verso Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for operations, business development and account management. Prior to Verso, Jimmy has held a number of senior positions including Vice President of Business Development at Eltrax Customer Care, Vice President of Operations at Eltrax Hospitality Services Group, Vice President of Operations at Global Systems and Support, Director of Distributed Systems and Director of End-User Support at Equifax, where he was responsible for building an internal support organization, supporting more than 12,000 Equifax employees. |
