Jimmie Paschall serves as the Executive Vice President of External Affairs at Volunteers of America’s national headquarters. In this newly created executive position, Paschall provides strategic leadership and visioning while directing the organization's communications and marketing activities, helping to shape its public policy and government relations strategies and optimizing the support of others through fundraising and volunteer initiatives.
Paschall joined the headquarters leadership team in 2003 after serving for five years on the Volunteers of America National Board of Directors. At Volunteers of America, we stand by people and offer them a continuum of service until they’re ready to stand on their own, Paschall said.
