Purcell, Jr. is a shareholder in Akerman Senterfitt's Jacksonville office. His practice focuses on general corporate law, banking, financial institutions, commercial loans, and real estate. He has also assisted clients in general corporate matters, intellectual property licensing matters, and raising capital through venture capital transactions. His prior professional experience includes working with the following firms: Stoneburner, McGuire Woods Battle & Booth, Akerman Senterfitt and Mahoney Adams & Criser. Purcell was also in the United States Marine Corps for twelve years.
