As Chief Financial Officer for NaviSite, Jim Pluntze is responsible for all finance and administration functions within which include, due diligence for all acquisitions, asset reallocation, and fund raising efforts for the company. Mr. Pluntze is also a member of the Sarbanes-Oxley steering committee. Mr. Pluntze joined NaviSite in 2002 as the Chairman of the Audit Committee on the Board of Directors. In March of 2003, Mr. Pluntze moved to an operating role within the company as the acting Chief Financial Officer and held that position until May 2005 when he became the Sr. Vice President of Finance. During his time at NaviSite, Mr. Pluntze played a key role in NaviSite’s six acquisitions. Mr. Pluntze has over 20 years of experience in high level finance positions in several Massachusetts high tech companies. |
