Jim Phillips is a Partner of Pharos Capital Group, LLC. Based in Dallas and Nashville, Pharos has approximately $500 million in capital under management through three private equity funds that provide later-stage equity funding for internal growth, acquisitions, management buyouts, or recapitalizations across industry sectors, with emphasis on healthcare, business services, and technology. Prior to joining the company and its predecessor entities in 1996, Mr. Phillips was with Goldman Sachs, serving in both its Equities Management Division and in Private Client Services. Mr. Phillips graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, and from the University of Miami with a Master of Business Administration degree. He has more than eleven years of private equity experience. |
