Jim Peters was named Vice President, Operations in November 2006 and an officer of the company in December 2006. He is responsible for driving the company’s operational excellence initiatives, including lean manufacturing and supply chain management. He continues to serve as President of SPX Product Solutions Group. He joined SPX Contech in 1983 and prior to becoming president held a variety of positions in operations, sales and business development. He earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. |
