Jim Moudry has over 30 years combined experience in Process Engineering and Management, Project
Management, Quality Management, Systems Acquisition, Test and Evaluation Management, Systems Integration, Resource Management, and Training Development. American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE).
Managed the product development effort for Software Engineering Services’ accelerated Capability Maturity Model Integration (a-CMMI) product and service suite. As project manager and lead process engineer, led four different companies to successful CMMI Level 2 and 3 maturity level ratings in well under half the industry average time period. Organized, coordinated, led and conducted several CMM and CMMI mini-assessments and participated in several formal CMM and CMMI appraisals for various clients. Founded and established a Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN) local chapter. SEI-authorized Standard CMMI Appraisal Methodology for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Lead Appraiser. Jim is currently the Director of Technology and Product Development, Director of Contracts, and Facility Security Officer for Software Engineering Services.
As the Corporate Quality Manager for a telecommunications corporation, developed and implemented a
corporate-wide ISO 9001 compliant quality and process improvement system from scratch. Developed and
conducted training in various quality and process disciplines. Managed day-to-day operations, and developed,
controlled and monitored budgets for the Quality Department and the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Test Facility. Planned, directed, conducted, analyzed, and reported the successful factory acceptance, prototype onsite, field, and acceptance tests of several fully automated toll road projects.
Developed and conducted training in various acquisition, quality, and process disciplines to include Introduction to Acquisition Management, Test and Evaluation Management, Introduction to Reliability and Maintainability, Introduction to CMMI, and Process and Product Quality Management.
