Mr. Linesch joined as the chief financial officer of AdStar in February 2006. Over the past 15 years he has served as the chief financial officer of several emerging public companies including DynTek an information technology (IT) services company; CompuMed where he served as both CFO and president; and Universal Self Care where he coordinated the company’s initial public offering. He has extensive experience in financial and operational management as well as in coordinating mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Linesch is a certified public accountant (CPA) having practiced with Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University Northridge and an MBA from the University of Southern California. |
