Jim Lehan serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Boston office specializing primarily in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining DHR, Mr. Lehan spent 28 years with Aetna Financial Services. He has extensive senior management experience in sales, marketing, administration and actuarial having headed up the Pension and Annuity Operations. Mr. Lehan has also spent time consulting with several major firms, assisting them with mergers and acquisitions. Additionally he has consulted for Universities, State Teacher Unions and the National Headquarters for the American Federation of Teachers. His unique and extensive experience in all aspects of the Financial Services Industry, equip him to provide insight and counsel to the considerations needed for a successful placement. Mr. Lehan was born and raised in Boston. He is a graduate of Noble & Greenough School and Tufts University with a BS in Mathematics. During his career he was active in a number of industry organizations but his true passion is ice hockey. Having played since the age of 4 through college, Jim continues to officiate at the collegiate and high school level.
