Jim Konieczny is Multi Process HR Outsourcing (MPHRO) Leader for Hewitt Associates. In this role, he provides leadership and strategic direction for the company's market leading MPHRO services. In addition, he consults with several of Hewitt's largest clients and serves on the Hewitt Leadership Council.
With a reputation as a strategic thinker, Jim was an instrumental player in formulating and implementing Hewitt's global sourcing strategy for the company and its clients. He also takes pride in his ability to align large teams toward common goals that achieve high client satisfaction. He has been a catalyst for encouraging new ideas, creative thinking, and innovative ways to serve clients better.
Jim has been with Hewitt since 1987. Prior to his current role, he was the HR Outsourcing Operations Leader. And he has served the company as North American HR Outsourcing Operations and East Region HR Outsourcing Leader. Before joining Hewitt, Jim was in the U.S. Air Force.
Jim holds a BS in computer science from DeVry University. |
