Jim King is Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Teledyne Scientific & Imaging. Jim joined the company (then Rockwell Scientific Company) from Arete Associates, a science and technology company where he led a successful transformation from a founder-owned to an employee-owned company through the implementation of a leveraged Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Prior to that Jim spent 28 years with Litton Industries holding a variety of management positions including Corporate Vice President of Financial Planning and Operations. He was instrumental in business unit acquisition and divesture, enterprise resource systems (ERP) and accounting systems development. He received a BA in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
