Jim Kelly is the Vice President of Human Resources at Kroll. He is responsible for the implementation of all HR disciplines for Kroll. As a Corporate Department Head and member of Kroll’s Leadership and Senior Management Groups, Jim also works directly with the corporate and business leaders to design, develop, and implement tailored HR strategies that support the business goals of the company.
Prior to assuming his role at Kroll, Jim was the HR generalist supporting Marsh’s Global Practices. His business clients included Global Risk Practices, Global Client Development, Global Broking, Wholesale Broking & Underwriting Management and Marsh Infrastructure - a client base of approximately 4,000.
Jim has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in financial services, hospitality, and retail industries. He has worked internationally (São Paulo and British Virgin Islands) and in the US, both in headquarters and field locations, and he has supported front and back office businesses. He holds a BA from the University of Vermont and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
