Jim Edwards has served as CFO of Verus since June 2002. Prior to joining Verus, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of Valubond, an electronic bond exchange which connects institutional sellers with retail buyers. Jim has also served 4 years as CFO with Talus Solutions, a revenue management software company which was sold to Manugistics in 2000. Prior to his time at Talus Solutions, Jim served as Senior Vice President and Controller of First Financial Management Corporation which was later acquired by First Data Corporation.
Jim is a CPA and graduate of University of Oklahoma. |
