Mr. Jim Condon's role as Senior Vice President entails supervising all aspects of the development process for Seefried in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He oversees site selection and acquisition, venture financing, design, construction, budget control, leasing and disposition of assets.
Mr. Condon boasts nearly two decades of experience in commercial construction and project management. He joined Seefried as director of construction in 1998 and advanced to regional vice president in 2001. With Seefried, Mr. Condon has managed projects as large as $75 million.
Mr. Condon holds a bachelor's degree in building science from the Auburn University School of Architecture and a master's of business administration with concentrations in real estate and finance from Georgia State University. |
