Jim Clark has been our director since June 8, 2007; Mr. Clark’s experience includes over 20 years in the management and development of large national and international communities. Also, strategic management services primarily in the fields of business turnarounds, structural and operational analysis and manufacturing assessment. 1976 Mr. Clark graduated University of Alberta with BA in Economics and 1979 Mr. Clark completed the Canadian Securities Course for Investment Dealers Association. Mr. Clark also has extensive management and administrative experience that includes 10 years in real estate development and 12 years in the industrial sector. |
