Mr. Watson is Senior Counsel at Carrington Coleman. He has broad legal and teaching experience in corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents and advises businesses, boards, special committees, executives and shareholders on transactions and litigation matters and represents executives in structuring and negotiating employment and compensation contracts.
Mr. Watson has been recognized by Texas Monthly magazine as a "Super Lawyer" in mergers and acquisitions each year since that award began in 2003. Mr. Watson is also listed in the 2006-2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, in corporate law.
