Jill Massa has a strong background and track record of assisting clients in filling niche roles with hard-to-find candidates. Her placements typically center on positions in sales, engineering, human resources and operations.
By the time she was 11, Ms. Massa had lived in two countries and four states. Growing up in a military family afforded her the ability to connect with new people easily. Marry that with her background in human resources and recruiting, and it is no wonder that executive search comes naturally to her.
Ms. Massa began her career as a paralegal with Lefkoff & Rubin, P.C. She then transitioned to a front office role as office manager with RHOR Architects. It was there she realized her passion for working on the personnel side of a business. Prior to joining Bell Oaks, Ms. Massa worked in both Recruiting and Human Resources at Ted’s Montana Grill Corporate. She joined Bell Oaks as a search consultant and was promoted a year later to her current position.
She graduated from Auburn University of Montgomery with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. She resides in Collier Hills near the heart of Atlanta where she enjoys taking in the theatre and arts scene around the city |
