Jill M. Condon joined Faegre & Benson in 2007 as a paralegal in the Boulder office. Assisting attorneys in the area of business litigation, Jill is responsible for: Drafting complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, disclosures, case management orders and simple motions Electronic database management Discovery management Document review Client and witness communication Docketing Cite checking, proofing legal briefs and preparation of exhibits Trial preparation and assistance at trial Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Jill’s paralegal experience includes defense of automotive clients in complex products litigation, auto negligence and personal injury actions. She also has professional experience in the areas of public relations, banking and health care. Jill earned her B.A. in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University and received her paralegal certification from Oakland Community College in Michigan. |
