Jill Boyle, vice president of human resources, leads the company’s efforts to continually improve organizational effectiveness and execution. Boyle joined the company in December, 2005, bringing experience in strategic and operational planning, talent acquisition, performance and compensation management. Her prior experience spans twenty-five years in senior roles as well as strategic consulting for high growth environments. Boyle has held positions or provided human resource leadership at companies including Fluke, ESCA (now Areva), Interlinq Software, ONYX Software, Digi International, and Avocent Corporation.
