Prior to joining Replidyne in March 2002, Ms. Clark was the Chief Financial Officer for Sitera, Inc., a high performance network processor development company. At Sitera, Ms. Clark was part of the executive team responsible for the merger of the company with Vitesse Semiconductor in May 2000. From 1996 - 1998, Ms. Clark was a Senior Financial Analyst with Somatogen, Inc. which merged with Baxter International in May 1998. Ms. Clark held the position of Associate Director of Development at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory where she worked directly with the Lab's president. After leaving public accounting with Price Waterhouse in 1991, Ms. Clark was a financial consultant to the Foundation for Child Development in New York City. She is a graduate of Clemson University. |
