Jikja Chung Frank is an associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Orange County office. She is a member of the Corporate Department.
Jikja’s practice is focused in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, as well as financing and corporate transactions. Jikja also has experience representing creditors and debtors in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
Jikja is admitted to practice in California and New York, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Central District of California. Jikja is on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association.
Jikja is fluent in both English and Japanese.
