H. Jesse Arnelle Arnelle has served as one of our directors since January 2004. Mr. Arnelle has served as Of Counsel to the law firm of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge and Rice from 1997 through November 2005; as a director of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. since 1995; as a director of FPL Group, Inc. (formerly Florida Power & Light) since 1990; as a director of Metropolitan Life Series Fund since 2002; and as a director of Textron Corporation since 1993. Mr. Arnelle served as senior partner to the law firm Arnelle & Hastie, San Francisco, which later became Arnelle, Hastie, McGee, Willis and Green, with which he was associated until his retirement in 1997; as a director of Eastman Chemical Co., Inc.; as a director of Gannett Company; as a director of Union Pacific and Resources, Inc.; as a director of Wells Fargo and Company; and as a director of Waste Management, Inc. |
