Jess D. Karns (age 65) has been employed by us since July 2003 as the Senior Loan Administrator. From 2002 to 2003, he was employed as a Loan Workout Specialist at First Midwest Bank, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. From 1999 to 2001, he was the co-owner of Karns Real Estate and Insurance Agency. He also spent ten years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, primarily involved in the workout of problem assets of troubled institutions. Mr. Karns does not currently own any shares of common stock. |
