Jerry V. Elliott serves on the board of directors of Idearc Inc., the nation's most advanced provider of yellow pages and home to Superpages.com®. Elliott also serves on the board of directors of SunCom Wireless (NYSE: TPC) and Tekelec (NASDAQ: TKLC). In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Previously, Elliott was the president, chief executive officer and a director of Global Signal Inc. Prior to that, he served as president of Citizens Communications Co. (NYSE: CZN) and managing director of media and communications in Morgan Stanley's investment banking group.
