Jerry Holbrook, CMA, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2005. Prior to joining Fox Chase Bank, Jerry was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for Northeast Pennsylvania Financial Corp. and its principal subsidiary First Federal Bank, a public thrift institution. Previously, Jerry served as Chief Financial Officer for E-Duction, Inc., a financial services start-up. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Finance at First USA Bank (now part of J. P. Morgan Chase) where he managed the asset/liability management committee and was responsible for securitization planning and debt issuances for a $70 billion credit card portfolio. He began his banking career with WSFS Financial Corp. where he served as Senior Vice President and Controller. Jerry holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. |
