Mr. Petruzzelli is a partner in the Palo Alto office of the national law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. He has practiced law at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP since 1999. Previously he was a partner in the Palo Alto law firm of Wise & Shepard, LLP, which merged into Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in 1999. Mr. Petruzzelli practices corporate securities, venture capital, and high technology law representing a variety of technology corporations, public companies, and venture capital funds, Mr. Petruzzelli serves as a Board member or Secretary of several private high technology companies. He holds a JD from The University of Chicago and a B.A. from Yale University. He is a Member of the Washington State Bar Association and the State Bar of California. |
