An artist and an engineer Jérôme (aka "Gej") is the original designer of DivX technology and a DivX co-founder. After numerous positions with the company he currently serves as Vice President of Creative Brand and Community. In this position he leads all efforts related to brand marketing public relations creative design user experience and our DivX web properties. In his previous role as the head of the Media Experience team Jerome launched DivX Connected a technology platform enabling the delivery of PC and online media and services into the living room.
Gej is a brilliant editor compositing infographist special effects designer and has extensive knowledge of video technologies. He has been involved in computing graphics and digital video since the age of six and was formerly technical director and chief infographist for a commercial design firm.
Gej is a member of the DivX Board of Directors and also travels the globe to speak as an international DivX evangelist.
