Mr. Ozovek joined L-3 in April 2003 in the role of Vice President of Operations for SPD Electrical Systems and in a relatively short period of time was promoted to Executive Vice President in early 2005. Mr. Ozovek assumed the role of President & General Manager of SPD Electrical Systems in January 2007. Mr. Ozovek has over 25 years of hands-on operational and strategic management experience with companies that include BAE Systems in Greenlawn, New York, EDO Corporation and several divisions of General Electric, prior to joining L-3 Communications. Mr. Ozovek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. |
