Mr. Lamb was a Senior Analyst in Stout Risius Ross' Transaction Advisory Group, where he specialized in performing financial opinions, such as fairness and solvency opinions, related to merger and acquisition, and recapitalization transactions. Prior to that, he worked with Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance where he provided advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Mr. Lamb has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. degree in Finance. |
