As General Manager of Software, Jen brings with her more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jen has been a champion of the customer in numerous management roles at HAI, including Director of Customer Service, Director of Product Management and Vice President of Implementations. Jen's efforts in these areas resulted in the successful development and release of 3 software product lines geared toward the home health and home infusion markets. Her ability to establish close working relationships with customers has been a critical aspect of HAI's success. Prior to joining HAI, she held software development positions at Illinois firms Caterpillar, Inc. and Profit Management Development. Her technical background includes programming and database management. Jen holds a B.S in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master's in Information Technology from Harvard University. |
