Jennifer Grebenschikoff always knew she would commit her professional life to health care. Her diverse interests brought her to high-profile positions in three health maintenance organizations, a large multispecialty group practice and a community hospital. The experience served her well, enabling her to join forces with David Kirschman and found the Physician Executive Management Center in 1983.

A widely respected expert on physician executive search, career counseling and compensation, Jennifer's been featured in publications as varied as AMA News, Modern Healthcare and Physician Executive. An accomplished speaker, she's addressed audiences such as the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE), the Duke University Hospital and Health Administration Alumni Association and the National Institute of Physician Recruitment and Retention on physician executive recruitment and compensation. Jennifer is a regular instructor in ACPE's course on "Managing Physician Performance."
