Jennifer Bolt has served as one of our directors since April 2004. She has been senior vice president and chief information officer of Franklin Resources Inc a financial services company since May 2003. As CIO Ms. Bolt has global responsibilities for software development and implementation infrastructure/systems support and telecommunications. She also serves as chairman of Franklin Capital Corporation and Franklin Templeton Bank & Trust and is a member of Franklin Resources Inc.’s Executive Committee.
Ms. Bolt is a graduate of the American Banker’s Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and physical education from the University of California at Davis. She is a board member of Board Vantage Corporation. She has served as a member of the Volunteer Center of San Mateo's Board of Directors from 1993 to 2000 acting as president in 1994 and 1995 and served as a member of the San Mateo YMCA's Board of Directors from 1999 to 2002. |
